Questions merchants ask
What does a plan include?
A number of minutes of conversation per month, from 20 on Basic to 2,500 on Scale. When they run out, Lady keeps answering with additional minutes at your plan's rate, up to a spending limit you approve in Shopify.
How is a minute counted?
From the moment a visitor opens a conversation to the moment it ends, rounded to the minute. Idle time with the widget closed costs nothing.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify bill. You approve the plan and the spending limit in your admin; change or cancel any time.
Which languages does Lady speak?
She answers in the language the visitor uses. You set her default language and voice in the settings.
What happens to what my visitors say?
Nothing is stored by us: the conversation is not kept after it ends, and what a visitor types is never logged. Your store's privacy policy stays yours.
Can Lady complete a purchase?
No, on purpose. She fills the cart and starts checkout, then steps back. Payment always happens on your store's own checkout.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Lady is a theme app embed: one switch in the theme editor, no code, and she sits in the corner of every page.
Where does Lady get her answers?
From your store, live: products, variants, stock, prices, collections, and the policies and FAQs you publish. She never invents a price or a delivery time.
